Decision

Claimant, Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, moves to admit, pro hac vice, David C. Dreifuss, Esq., an attorney duly admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, to participate in the prosecution of this claim on its behalf.

In support of the application, claimant submitted proof that Mr. Dreifuss is a member in good standing of the New Jersey bar (22 NYCRR 520.11 [a]); he is associated with a New York attorney, who will be the attorney of record (22NYCRR 520.11 [c]), and that he is familiar with and will comply with the standards of professional conduct imposed upon members of the New York bar (22 NYCRR 520.11 [e]). Inasmuch as the requirements for pro hac vice admission have been met, the instant motion is granted, without objection, and David C. Dreifuss, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice with respect to this claim.
