Decision

In this claim, James Yoon alleges, inter alia, that he was wrongly arrested by Lehman College "safety officers." This Decision and Order follows the Court's Order to Show Cause why the claim should not be dismissed for lack of service.

No affidavit of service of the claim is contained in the Court's file, nor has an answer been filed. Mr. Yoon, who submitted no opposition papers, does not dispute that he failed to serve his claim on the Attorney General of the State of New York and the City University of New York, as jurisdictionally required by 11.a of the Court of Claims Act.

In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that motion no. M-77391 be granted and that claim no. 116869 be dismissed.
