Decision

Claimant, an inmate proceeding pro se, moves for an order allowing certain medical records to be admitted into evidence at the time of trial. The records at issue are from McGregor Correctional Facility and relate to treatment rendered on February 11, 2008, February 26, 2008, March 24, 2008, March 25, 2008, April 2, 2008, April 22, 2008, April 23, 2008, April 29, 2008, May 6, 2008 (erroneously dated May 6, 2007), May 7, 2008, and May 16, 2008. Defense counsel has responded to the motion indicating no objection to this request. Claimant's motion is therefore granted upon the condition that he bring the records with him to be marked as exhibits at the time of trial.
