This matter comes before the court on a motion by the pro se claimant seeking a 30-day extension of time within which to respond to the defendant’s discovery demands and demand for bill of particulars.

Defense counsel, by letter, has advised the Court that the defense has no objection to an extension of time until December 15, 2008.

Accordingly, claimant’s motion is granted to the extent that claimant has until December 15, 2008 to respond to defendant’s discovery demands and demand for bill of particulars.
