Decision

Mr. Victor Rosado, an individual who identified himself as the business agent for the Graduate Student Employees Union, filed the claim in this matter. According to the filed claim, defendants failed to give “technology fee mitigation money” to ten international student workers who were members of the Graduate Student Employees Union.

In a letter to the Court dated September 7, 2007, Mr. Rosado, stated that the claim was settled and that he was requesting that the claim be dismissed. He further requested that his prior motion in this case, numbered M-73277, be withdrawn. Additionally, the Court received letters from the Office of the Attorney General dated August 15, 2007 and September 4, 2007 indicating that all the international student workers had received the disputed funds sought in this action.

Therefore, for the foregoing reasons, motion M-73277 is withdrawn and the claim is hereby dismissed.
