Decision

Claims Act § 10(6). Defendant has stipulated to Claimant's request. After reviewing the factors


set forth in Court of Claims Act § 10(6), the proposed claim and the stipulation signed by


the parties, the Court grants Claimant's application and directs Claimant to file and


serve the proposed claim within 30 days of the date this Decision and Order is filed with the


Clerk of the Court in accordance with all applicable statutes and Court rules.[1]
