Decision

This is claimant’s motion for an order directing defendant to provide her with a copy of her medical records at a charge of $.75 per page, and for sanctions for failing to previously produce the records at her request. Claimant does not dispute defendant’s representation that following the making of this motion all requested records were produced to her. Nor does she dispute that defendant had had difficulty locating the records and had communicated with claimant regarding same.

In view of the foregoing, having reviewed the submissions[1], IT IS ORDERED that motion no. M-72329 be denied.
