Decision

This is Manuel Hidalgo's motion for an Order assigning a Spanish-English interpreter to assist him at his "upcoming trial." Mr. Hidalgo's claim alleges medical malpractice at Woodbourne Correctional Facility. While defendant states that it does not oppose this motion, it should be noted that the trial of this claim has not yet been scheduled. Moreover, the request for an interpreter need not be sought by motion practice; once a trial has been scheduled, an interpreter will be provided.

Accordingly, having reviewed the submissions,[1] IT IS ORDERED that motion no. M-71033 be denied as moot.
