Decision

By decision and order dated January 3, 2006 the Court directed the defendant to provide a copy of the claimant's alleged assailant's disciplinary history printout for the period 1/1/99 through 5/9/04 for an in camera inspection. The State submitted a three-page printout of Reginald Trammel's inmate disciplinary history for the Court's inspection. Upon review the Court has redacted from such records items which have no relevance to the issues raised by the instant claim.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to provide the attached copy of Reginald Trammel's redacted disciplinary history to both parties along with this decision and order.
