The following papers were considered by the Court in connection with this motion:
Notice of Motion, Affirmation of Bruce T. Clark, Esq., Affirmation of William Marler, Esq. 1,2,3

Correspondence dated December 20, 2005 from Ed J. Thompson, Esq., Assistant Attorney General 4

Pursuant to § 520.11(a)(1) of the Rules for the Court of Appeals, any court of record, in its discretion, may permit an attorney from another state to appear in any matter before it, pro hac vice. The Court has reviewed the papers submitted with this application, and the applicants have established, in their respective affirmations, that they are members in good standing of the Bar of the State of Washington. The attorneys have each stated that they will be subject to the jurisdiction of this Court, and that they will comply with the rules and practices of this Court and the Disciplinary Rules of the Code of Professional Responsibility, as required by Section 520.11(d)(1) and (2) of the Rules for the Court of Appeals.
