Decision
The Court has reviewed the filed claim. Upon review of the claim, it is apparent that the claim seeks relief based up the alleged negligence of employees of Trans Country Storage, Inc., a party other than the State of New York, over whom this Court does not have jurisdiction, and does not cite any cause of action against employees of the State of New York. This claim is therefore dismissed.
To the extent a filing fee has been paid, the Clerk of the Court is directed to return said filing fee to claimant.
The Clerk of the Court is directed to close the file.
