Decision

The following papers numbered 1 to 4 were read and considered on Claimant's motion number M-69432:
1,2 Notice of Motion, Affidavit in Support of Notice of Motion Response to Defendant's Motion Affirmation in Opposition (sic) by Anthony Malloy, Claimant

  1. Affirmation in Opposition by Mary B. Kavaney, Assistant Attorney General and attached exhibit
  1. Filed Papers: Claim, Answer
After carefully considering the papers submitted and the applicable law the motion is disposed of as follows:

As noted by the Assistant Attorney General, the Claimant's motion appears to simply be a renewed description or amplification of the facts of the Claim filed herein, and does not contain any prayer for relief beyond a continued request for money damages. If what is intended is an application to amend or supplement the Claim already filed, the papers are wholly inadequate on their face. See generally Civil Practice Law and Rules §3025(b).

Accordingly, Motion Number M-69432 is in all respects denied.
