Decision

In reaching its decision on the present application for admission pro hac vice, the Court has read and considered the following papers:

(1) Notice of Motion dated March 10, 2005 and filed on March 14, 2005;

(2) Affidavit of Bernard A. Anderson, Esq. dated March 10, 2005 and filed on March 14, 2005, together with Exhibit A (Anderson Affidavit);

(3) Affirmation of Assistant Attorney General, Albert E. Masry, Esq. dated March 15, 2005 and filed on March 17, 2005.


Section 520.11(a)(2) of the Rules for the Court of Appeals permits any Court of record, in its discretion, to permit an attorney from another jurisdiction to appear in any matter before it pro hac vice.

The Court has reviewed the papers annexed to the Notice of Motion, including the Affidavit of Bruce H. Nagel, Esq. attesting to his fitness and good standing as a member of the bar of the State of New Jersey. Mr. Nagel has also stated that he will be subject to the jurisdiction of this Court and comply with its rules of practice, as required by Section 520.11 (a)(1) and (2) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED, that Bruce H. Nagel is admitted pro hac vice to participate in the representation of the Claimants in this claim, and this claim only; and it is further

ORDERED, for the purpose of the records of this Court, that Jeffrey A. Morse, P.C., shall remain listed as the attorney of record for the Claimants, and it shall continue to receive any and all notices and correspondence from this Court, unless and until ordered otherwise.
