Decision

This claim was called for a calendar call on April 5, 2005 held in and for the Binghamton District.

This claim was filed with the Clerk of the Court on March 15, 2000. The State's Verified Answer was filed on March 31, 2000. On May 25, 2001 this claim was then transferred to the Individual Assignment Calendar of the Hon. Ferris D. Lebous.

On January 28, 2005, the court notified both parties in writing that this claim was scheduled for a calendar call on April 5, 2005. Additionally, the court's letter advised claimant that the failure to appear at the calendar call may result in the dismissal of his claim.
