Decision

Claimant, a pro se inmate, moves for an order scheduling this matter for trial. The parties have been notified that this matter is scheduled for trial on February 17, 2004 at the Elmira Correctional Facility. Additionally, pre-trial conferences in prisoner pro se claims are not permitted. (22 NYCRR § 206.10 [a]). Accordingly, for the reasons stated above, it is ORDERED that claimant's motion, No. M-67790, is DENIED as moot.
