Decision

With this motion Claimant seeks to compel disclosure from Defendant. However, on May 13, 2003, I granted Defendant's previous motion (M-66462) for summary judgment and dismissed the claim. As the claim in this matter has been dismissed, Claimant's outstanding motion has been rendered moot.

Accordingly it is hereby, ORDERED, that Claimant's motion to compel discovery from Defendant is denied.
