Decision

By Notice of Motion filed December 4, 2002, Claimant, Andre Demond Kelley, a pro se inmate, who currently resides at Cayuga Correctional Facility, has moved for a forty day extension of time to respond to Defendant's outstanding discovery requests.

Defendant has not opposed Claimant's motion. Therefore, it is hereby: ORDERED, that Claimant is granted an extension of time until forty days from the filed date of this order to respond to all of Defendant's outstanding discovery demands.
