Decision

Movant's application for an order pursuant to CPLR 2221 permitting reargument of his prior motion for poor person relief and for assignment of counsel to pursue his claim (CPLR 1101, 1102 [a]) which was denied in a decision and order of this Court filed on June 23, 2003 is denied. Movant has failed to demonstrate that the Court misapprehended or overlooked any matter of fact or law in resolving the prior motion and thus is not entitled to relief pursuant to CPLR 2221.
