Decision

This is the motion of Claimant Omar Thorpe for a trial preference pursuant to CPLR§3403. After the motion was filed, the claim in the matter reached the trial calendar in the normal course of scheduling pro se claims and has been scheduled for trial in May of 2002. Therefore, Claimant's motion is denied as moot.
