Claimant has moved to amend the claim for the purpose of adding allegations labeledparagraphs 28(a) through 28(j). Defendant is not opposed to the amendment. Accordingly, the motion is granted and claimant is directed to serve and file by regular mail an amended claim which contains all of the allegations in the original claim and the allegations contained in the proposed paragraphs 28(a) through 28(j) within thirty days of service upon him of a file stamped copy of this decision and order.
