Decision

Claimant has moved to compel defendant to provide responses to certain demands fordisclosure served by claimant. In response to the motion defendant maintains that it has complied with the demands except for those which request information regarding other inmates.

Although claimant has not provided a copy of the demand served on defendant, it appears that the response by defendant (attached to its papers in opposition) is complete except with respect to demands for information concerning other inmates. Such material, however, is confidential and cannot be released without a court order made upon a proper showing (Public Officers Law § 96). Accordingly, the motion is denied.
