Decision

The claimant's application for late claim relief permitting the service and filing of a claim brought on behalf of an infant for injuries sustained on May 27, 1998 in a fall from playground equipment located on State owned property adjacent to Agency Building 2 at the Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York was not opposed by the defendant and is hereby granted.

Claimant, within 30 days of service of a copy of this decision and order, shall serve and file a verified claim in conformity with section 11 (a) and (b ) of the Court of Claims Act.
