Decision


Claimant has moved for an order compelling defendant to provide a response to a notice fordiscovery and inspection dated November 1, 2000. In response to the motion defendant has submitted an affirmation by its attorney advising the court that a response to the demand was served on January 25, 2001. The motion, therefore, is moot and is denied.
