Decision

In response to the motion defendant has advised the court that a response to the notice to admit was provided to claimant on December 21, 2000 and that it would have the information needed to provide responses to the interrogatories within a week. Based upon the foregoing, the portion of the motion seeking a response to the notice to admit is denied as moot and the portion of the motion to compel a response to the interrogatories is granted and defendant is directed to serve a response to the interrogatories propounded by claimant within fifteen days of service upon it of a file-stamped copy of this order.
