Decision

This is a motion for permission to late file seven separate claims. Although the court wouldnormally undertake an analysis of the six factors enumerated in Court of Claims Act §10(6) for each proposed claim, the motion is not supported by sworn statements attesting to the merits of the claims and therefore, no basis for granting the motion is presented. Accordingly, the motion is denied.
