Claimants have brought this motion seeking an order permitting Mary White, a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan, to appear pro hac vice on their behalf.

Section 520.11(a)(1) of the Rules for the Court of Appeals permits any court of record, in its discretion, to allow an attorney from another state to appear in any matter before it, pro hac vice.

The Court has reviewed the papers submitted with this application, and the applicant has established, in her affidavit, that she is a member in good standing of the bar of Michigan. Furthermore, she has stated that she will be subject to the jurisdiction of this Court, and will comply with the rules and practices of this Court, as required by Section 520.11(d)(1) and (2) of the Rules for the Court of Appeals.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED, that Mary White is hereby admitted, pro hac vice, to participate in the representation of claimants in this claim, and this claim only; and it is further

ORDERED, for purposes of the records of this Court, Anthony F. Endieveri, Esq., shall remain listed as the attorney of record for claimants, and he shall continue to receive any and all notices or correspondence from this Court, unless ordered otherwise.
