Claimant's motion to renew and/or reargue the defendant's prior motion to dismiss the claim which resulted in the Decision and Order of this Court dated March 21, 2000 and for leave to file a late claim pursuant to Court of Claims Act § 10 (6) is denied with leave to renew the motion on proper papers in conformity with CPLR 2221 within 15 days of receipt of this decision and order with notice of its entry. Opposition to the renewed motion shall be filed and served within 10 days of receipt of the renewed motion and reply papers shall be filed and served within 3 days of receipt of the defendant's opposing papers.
