Decision

Claimant has brought this unopposed motion seeking an order permitting Russell E. Maines, a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia, to appear pro hac vice on her behalf.

Section 520.11(a)(1) of the Rules for the Court of Appeals permits any court of record, in its discretion, to allow an attorney from another state to appear in any matter before it, pro hac vice.

The Court has reviewed the papers submitted with this application, and the applicant has established that he is a member in good standing of the bar of his state (Georgia), and is also a member in good standing of the Bar of Florida. Furthermore, the applicant has stated that he will comply with the rules and practices of this Court.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED, that Russell E. Maines is hereby admitted, pro hac vice, to participate in the representation of claimant in this claim, and this claim only; and it is further

ORDERED, for purposes of the records of this Court, Mark E. Goidell, Esq., shall remain listed as the attorney of record for claimant, and he shall continue to receive any and all notices or correspondence from this Court, unless ordered otherwise.
